This site gave information more so on jobs you can get without a bachelor's degree. There are also some tables that show how many people in a certain profession don't have a bachelor's degree.

my research project so far

I'm really happy with my research project as of now. At first, I had a really hard time getting information. Then I started re-wording my question for the search engines and I started to get some really good stuff. I guess you could say I've modified my question a bit, but it answers my questions. I never actually got a ratio of people who went to college and have well-paid jobs to people who didn't go to college and have well-paid jobs. The information I have is pretty much the benefits of going to college and the disadvantages. I do have some salary charts and some numbers of educated people. I don’t have an actual percentage of how likely it is to get a well-paid job without going to college, but I think I get the idea. Once you get used to the whole research and making citations thing, it’s not all that bad. I might be ready to start my paper once I get my primary source. I have 4 citations, so I think that would be the last thing before the paper. I just need to find a way to make a citation for my survey.

By going to college, students:

It wouldn't let me do a link, but whatever, this isn't extremely long. This site was similar to the one in citation #4, and I looked at it for the same reason as I did citation #4. It gave some benefits of going to college. I think this one is actually encouraging people to got to this college, but it still gave me sufficient info.

Since we have to to have a primary source, I think I'm going to do a survey. I'll ask adults if they went to college and if they have a job. I'm not going to ask their salary because that's kind of rude. I think I'll have an idea of their salary once I know what their job is. I want to be discreet about the details because I don't want people to be offended by the question, I just want to know what the average is. I could probably also ask my parents how many of their friends went to college and if they know what they're doing now.

I've been wondering about a lot of things since I first arrived here at DHS. My most recent wonder, and the one I'm doing my research project on, is the ratio of people who go to college who get well paid jobs to people who don't go to college and have well paid jobs. That should probably explain the title and the web address. The reason I wonder this sometimes is because high school is a place where you're supposed to start planning your future. Well, I'm trying to start planning mine. Most of my teachers are telling the class that they should go to college and I'm wondering if it's really worth the time. I know people who don't graduate from college are sometimes the people who end up working at the local McDonald's, but there are people who don't go to college and are making millions of dollars. I want to know how likely it is to be making millions of dollars without going to college. I just don't want to spend a whole bunch of time in college and then get a job that didn't even require college experience.
